Stewartsville artist featured in Main Line Philadelphia Show

John Stinger will be the featured solo artist at the Viking Culinary Arts Center in Bryn Mawr, Pa. with an artist reception held by the Philadelphia Main Line's First Friday Art Event Opening 6-8 p.m. Aug. 7.

The show will display new paintings and limited edition prints on canvas by the artist and will run through the month. The public is invited free of charge.

A well known New Jersey and Bucks County impressionist landscape painter for over 40 years, Stinger was last year's blue ribbon winner for the best oil painting in the Warren County Senior Art Show professional category.

Stinger is also the founder, curator, and executive director of the Fine Art Alliance, a professional group of visual artists, sculptors and fine art photographers that exhibits their collective works at various corporations in the tri-state area.
